Job Description:
IT Products such as Laptop, Desktop and Work station
- Call will be allocated to the Partner Engineer in his mobile APP based on the Part Estimated Time of Arrival and call scheduling with the Customer.
- CRM schedules the call @ 12:00 in the night and Engineer can check the allocated call in the mobile APP after logging into the App any time in the morning hours. (Smart phone required shall be with Android 5.0 or above with DATA SIM on Slot 1)
- Partner Engineers shall use existing TVSE drop point (if available) for spare pick up and drop hall issue the part to the Engineer in the CRM(For Part call).
- Call to be attended as per ETA schedule and closed at Customer’s site
- Defective/ unused good parts to be returned to the Drop Point by the Engineer with appropriate seals in the boxes
- In-case if it is a partner drop point, Partner shall dispatch the parts after generating DC/documentation from the system.
- In-case if additional parts are required, engineer to call Tech support (Toll free) for further processing and instruction.
- After the call is closed physically, the same has to be closed in Mobile APP by the engineer CRM as well on real time basis. Once the Mobile app is received, the same can used for complete call management.
- All events shall be poked in the mobile app using appropriate RC code.
- Bike is mandatory for field job.
- Training shall be for 10-15 days, during training period Salary will not be given.
